Sr. Expert in Programme Administration

The Sr. Expert in Programme Administration will play a critical role by managing team of document controllers and supporting in coordinating administrative activities including logistics across programme/ projects teams and customizing templates & folder structure, document indexing & filing, as well as supporting the PMO team in the development and execution of practice projects & reporting.

The Sr. Expert in Programme Administration will ensure project numbers accuracy and that all applicable internal processes and policies are being applied, provides assistance to the Sr. manager, project team and management team as required. He / She will also be accountable for ensure that the EDMS repository & file cabinets are always up-to-date & organized professionally.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 3-5 years in an administrative & document controller roles in project management environment, preferably ICT, ELV & Construction projects
  • Good knowledge in Financial and P&L.
  • Good communication skills – English & Arabic (Bilingual)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft EPM (EDMS) and SharePoint.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to look at the bigger picture.
  • Very good English and Arabic business and communication.
  • Willing to travel within UAE as required between the 7 Emirates – Driving license is mandatory.
