Regional Portfolio Manager – Rollout
The Regional Portfolio Manager (Rollout Services) is responsible for driving the consistency, coverage and scale of the rollout / deployment across the 6-8 centers/teams spread across the 7 emirates of UAE, for technical projects in areas of Fire Alarm Security System Rollout Services (Fire Alarm System, ELV Systems, Security Monitoring Rooms, Command & Control Centers, Integration with Cloud/IoT, eServices), analysis, development, implementation from conception to initiation to closure.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in computer science or similar
- Minimum 15 years professional experience in Programme Management services.
- Minimum 5 years professional experience in managing Programme & Mega Scale deployments (preferred in the UAE region)
- PMI certified is a preferable
- Experience in vendor and 3rd party management, including managing relationships over extended periods of time and over multiple projects.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
- Proficient in MS Project or Primavera
- Very good English & Arabic business, technical communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams.
- Very good English and Arabic business and communication.
- Willing to travel within UAE as required between the 7 Emirates – Driving license is mandatory.
